*** My picture includes two knives from BeaverCraft, Spoon Carving Kit for Beginners DIY04 *** I purchased this set after completing one of BeaverCraft's starting kits. This set has let me continue to develop my skills and discover which type of wood carving interests me the most. Additionally, while attempted my first chain link, the very tip of one of the knives, C15 - Detail Wood Carving, from the kit snapped. Within a week after contacting customer service, I received a replacement knife and even suggestions surrounding my current project.

Oh my! What a quality set! Sharp right out of the well packaged box. Son a little embarrassed to be on camera for video review, but gushed at the quality once I stopped recording *we'll add a picture too for giggles. Very happy we got him this set! Throughly pleased!

The nice leather mixed with the sleek walnut handles gives this set a feel of luxury without breaking the bank. All of the blades are consistent and sharp and with the help of the fantastic strop, this set becomes even sharper. This portable little strop is kicking my big expensive strops butt right now! I have carved quite a bit with this set in the short amount of time I have had it and I must say, I like it a lot. There is a blade for just about everything. They cut like butter and hold an edge well. This carving set is value, BeaverCraft is value, you can't be disappointed in value.
