We Took Our DIY Kits to the World’s Biggest Craft Fair… and This Happened

From a Woodcarving Workshop to the Global Craft Stage

In early 2026, BeaverCraft traveled to Creativeworld — the world’s leading trade fair for hobby, craft, and artists’ materials held in Frankfurt, Germany.

For four days, thousands of professionals from the creative industry gather there: craft brands, retail buyers, distributors, art studios and makers to discover new materials, techniques, and products that will inspire the next season of creativity.

With over 270 exhibitors and visitors from more than 90 countries, the event has become the central meeting point for the international hobby and craft industry.

For BeaverCraft, it was an opportunity to present what we care about most: making creativity accessible to everyone.

What We Brought to Creativeworld

At the BeaverCraft stand, visitors could explore a wide range of DIY kits designed for hobbies like wood carving, pyrography, leathercraft, and creative sculpting. Besides our DIY kits, we also presented premium wood carving tool sets, wood for carving, stropping accessories, as well as outdoor and bushcraft tools for woodworking in nature.

Our DIY kits are built around a simple idea: when someone wants to try a new craft, they shouldn’t need to spend hours researching tools, materials, and techniques.

For many visitors at the exhibition, this “all-in-one” approach quickly became the highlight of our stand.

A Proud Moment: Creative Impulse Award

One of the most exciting parts of Creativeworld is the Creative Impulse Award — widely considered one of the most prestigious recognitions in the hobby and craft industry.

The award highlights products that stand out for their creativity, innovation, and ability to inspire people to start making things themselves.

This year, our Wooden Coasters DIY Pyrography Kit received 2nd place in the “Kit of the Year” category.

For our team, this recognition meant a lot. Because our mission has always been simple: help more people rediscover the joy of creating.
