CUSTOM FEES AND PHYSICAL VAT COLLECTION

Discover what import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply to your order upon delivery.
Any applicable VAT/GST, import duties, customs processing, brokerage, handling fees, and other taxes required under your country's regulations remain the responsibility of the recipient.

1. United States
We cover applicable U.S. import duties. Any applicable state or local taxes, customs processing, or carrier fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
2. European Union
For EU orders under €150, a new EU flat customs processing fee (€3 per product line) applies from July 1, 2026. In most EU countries, we prepay this fee before shipment, so our customers do not need to pay it upon delivery. Only in a small number of EU countries where prepayment is not available will this fee be collected upon delivery.
3. Canada
We cover applicable import duties on Express shipping — you pay only local sales tax (GST/HST/PST, ~5–15%). With Standard shipping, import duties, GST/HST/PST, customs brokerage, and carrier fees remain the responsibility of the recipient. Whichever you pick, the final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
4. United Kingdom
Orders may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties (where applicable), and carrier handling fees on delivery.
5. Australia
Orders valued over 1,000 AUD may be subject to GST, customs duties, and customs clearance charges upon import.
6. Israel
Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties (where applicable), and customs handling fees upon import.
7. Norway
Orders may be subject to Norwegian VAT, import duties (where applicable), and carrier handling fees on delivery.
8. Switzerland
Orders may be subject to Swiss VAT, customs duties (where applicable), and carrier handling fees on delivery.
9. New Zealand
Orders may be subject to New Zealand GST, import duties (where applicable), and customs clearance fees on delivery.
10. Turkey
Orders may be subject to Turkish VAT, customs duties (where applicable), and carrier handling fees on import.
Other countries
Orders may be subject to local VAT or GST, customs duties, and carrier handling fees on delivery, depending on your country's import rules. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
