REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS & LOST PARCELS
For a replacement, refund, or a missing order, just email us at returns@beavercrafttools.com
- If your order arrives defective β we'll send a free replacement (within 2 months of delivery).
- If you're not satisfied with how your product performs β we'll issue a full refund (within 2 months of purchase).
- If your order hasn't arrived β we'll check the tracking, and if it was lost in transit, we'll send a new one or issue a full refund.
