However, if you believe your order is defective, you can always ask us to send you a replacement – send your request at email@example.com within the period of 2 months after receiving your product and we will send it for free.
You may also be unsatisfied with the way your product performs – in that case you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 months after buying and we will give you a full refund.
If you haven’t received your order, send a request at email@example.com and we will check the tracking – if the package was lost at the post, we will offer a full refund or send a new one.
