Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best not only providing premium quality tools for a fair price but enabling quick shipping as well.
So that you could receive the chosen tools in a short period of time and start carving right away with our tutorials and patterns.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • For U.S. Customers: US Shipping Update (Aug 29, 2025): The $800 de minimis exemption has ended. We pay U.S. import duties on your order. State/local taxes may still apply and are paid by the customer. Delivery estimates exclude customs/tax processing.
  • For other countries Customers: Depending on the laws of your country, you may be required to pay taxes or customs duties upon receipt of your package.


STANDARD SHIPPING

The average delivery terms are from 11 to 45 days from the moment we handle the received order from you. All of the tools are made and shipped from Ukraine, a beautiful country in Eastern Europe. Make sure to visit it to enjoy nature and our national food.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Moreover, there is an option to receive your tools even faster with our Priority Shipping that would cost a bit more. Priority Shipping can take up to 5-10 business days. Feel free to check out all the shipping options while placing an order. All the information will be provided to you in the check-out tab before you finish your order.
In case you get any questions while placing your order, message us at md@beavercraft.com.ua.

If you believe your order is defective, you can always ask us to send you a replacement – send your request at returns@beavercrafttools.com within the period of 2 months after receiving your product and we will send it for free.

You may also be unsatisfied with the way your product performs – in that case you can write to us at returns@beavercrafttools.com within 2 months after buying and we will give you a full refund.

If you haven’t received your order, send a request at returns@beavercrafttools.com and we will check the tracking – if the package was lost at the post, we will offer a full refund or send a new one.

Important notice:

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
