Thank you for your question! Currently, the C10, C10s, C11, and C11s knives all come with a double bevel. Previously, some knives, like the C6, C11s, and C12, used to have a single bevel and were made from 1mm steel. However, since the beginning of this year, we’ve returned to 2mm steel and adopted a double bevel for all our carving knives.
If you’re looking for single bevel knives, you might still find older versions at physical stores, but all our new models are now double bevel.
I would know if your woodcarving knives have one or two bevels; or wich have one and wich have two?

thank you for your answer.
