How does it work?

The certificate will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase; please ensure that you have entered the correct email address when placing the order. We cannot send the code to a different email if you provided it incorrectly during the purchase.

If you haven't received the email with the certificate, please check your "Spam" folder. If that doesn't help, contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
You can forward the received code to a friend for whom the discount is intended. Alternatively, you can print this code, include it in a card, and then present it to the recipient.

If the certificate value is LESS than the purchase amount, the Cart's payable amount will be reduced by an amount equal to the certificate value.

If the certificate value exceeds the purchase amount, placing such an order will be free. The unused amount of the certificate can be used in the following order. For example, a person received a $100 certificate, placed a $70 order, and used the same certificate next time, deducting the remaining $30 "balance" from the total.

If you change your mind, you can cancel the certificate. This action cannot be undone, and a revoked certificate cannot be reactivated. Please note that we will refund the entire amount (or the unused balance if partially used) to the buyer through a refund.
